Initial Assessment
30 minutes - $59
A focused starting point for new clients. We’ll discuss your goals, movement history, and any limitations, then help determine the best path forward.
Private Session
50 minutes - $100
Personalized one-on-one Pilates using the Reformer, Konnector®, Chair and other apparatus, with programming tailored specifically to you. (Packages are available)
Group Private Session
up to 8 People - $250
A customized private Pilates experience for friends, family, celebrations, or small groups. We’ll tailor the session to your group’s experience level and goals.
